This guide shows you how to join dingVIP and what to expect during your free trial.

Before you start

You'll need an active Ding account, and dingVIP needs to be available to you. We'll show you the monthly fee and the date your first payment is due before you confirm anything.

Ways to subscribe

There are two ways to start your dingVIP free trial.

Option 1: While sending a top-up

1. Start sending a top-up as you normally would.
2. On the order summary page, look for the Subscribe & save option alongside the regular one-time payment.
   
3. Select Subscribe & save to see your benefits and your first payment date.
4. Choose See trial details if you'd like to review what happens on each day of your trial.
5. Confirm to continue with your free trial.

Option 2: From your account

1. Tap your profile icon and go to Ding Rewards Club.
   
2. Review the details shown for dingVIP.
3. Tap Try free for 7 days.
4. You'll be asked to send a top-up to activate your trial.

What happens during your trial

• Your trial starts as soon as you confirm.
• Some of your dingVIP benefits apply straightaway, with the rest unlocking as your trial continues.
• We only start charging you once your trial ends, and we'll always show you this date in advance.
• You can cancel at any time during your trial at no cost.
