How to cancel or reactivate dingVIP

This article shows you how to cancel your dingVIP subscription, and how to bring it back if you change your mind.

Cancel your subscription

1. Tap your profile icon and go to dingVIP.
2. Tap Cancel subscription.
   
3. We'll show you a reminder of the benefits you'll be giving up. You can choose to keep your dingVIP status, or carry on with cancelling.
4. Or we may offer you an alternative option that keeps some of your rewards. Take a moment to review it before you decide.
5. Confirm to complete your cancellation. You won't be charged again.
   

Your benefits stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Reactivate your subscription

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription in one tap, right up until your next renewal date. Go to dingVIP from your account menu and tap Reactivate.

  

After that date, you'll need to subscribe again from the start.
