What should I do if I see unauthorized charges?

Ding does not have access to customer card details and will not make any unauthorized charges to your account.

However, you may see a charge if, during a past top-up, you enabled the option to Schedule an automatic top-up. If this is your case, don't worry, you can easily cancel an automatic top-up by following the steps detailed here. If you have any questions about how to do it or about the amount charged, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.

 

What do I do if I am not a Ding customer but I have charges on my card?

If you have found unauthorized charges coming from Ding, and have never used our services, we recommend that you contact your bank immediately, as your card might be being used without your permission. You can also contact us and we will make sure to block your details in our system.
