To change your password, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Reset password page. 

2.  Enter the email address you used to register your account.

 

3. Click on the reset your password option under the Send one time code option. If you want to login to your account with a one time code, you can follow the instructions here. 

 

4. We will send you the instructions on how to reset your password to the registered email address. In this email, click on Reset my password.

Take into account that after 4 hours, the reset email will expire, and it will be necessary to request a new one. 

 

 

5. Enter your new password in the box and click Reset. 

 

That's it! Your new password will be set for your account, and you'll be logged in. If you have any issues resetting your password, you can contact our Customer Care team.
