Where can I find my order history/top-up receipts? 

After your top-up is sent, you can view your receipt by clicking on View receipt on the confirmation page or by clicking on your Profile in the top right of the Ding Mini.

What is the order ID? 

The order ID is your order’s 8 digit confirmation number, and it can be found within the top-up receipt.

 

 

How can I close my account? 

If you wish to close your Ding Mini account, you only need to contact our customer care team. Send us an email to dingminisupport@ding.com, informing of your intention to close your account, or reach out to us, via the Ding Live Chat.
