As a dingVIP member, you receive credit every month that you can use to reduce the cost of your transactions. This guide shows you where to find your credit and how to use it.

Check your remaining credit

1. Tap your profile icon and go to dingVIP.
   
2. Under Credits remaining, you'll see how much credit you have left this month and the date it resets.
   

Apply a credit to a transaction

1. Start sending a top-up as you normally would.
2. On the order summary page, tick Use dingVIP credit.
   
3. Your total updates straightaway to reflect the discount.
   

Please note that you can use a credit or a promo code on an order, not both together.

When your credit runs out

Once you've used all your credit for the month, we'll show you a message on the order summary page along with the date your credit resets. You can still use a promo code on your order in the meantime.
