How to send my dingMoney to a different person?
You can share your dingMoney balance with other Ding users. Simply follow the instructions below:
- Go to the dingMoney Hub section.
- Select Spend.
- Choose the option to send to someone else and add the receiver phone number.
- On the product selection screen, select dingMoney.
- - If this option isn’t available, it means we currently don’t offer dingMoney transfers for the selected receiver’s country.
- Add the receiver’s First name and last name.
- Choose the amount you want to share and select Continue.
- Review the order summary to make sure all details are correct, then select Buy with dingMoney.
- Approve the transaction using the one-time code sent to your phone.
That’s it! The receiver will get a WhatsApp message with a link to claim their money. If it’s their first time receiving dingMoney, they’ll just need to complete the verification process to access the funds.
How can I check if the receiver has claimed the dingMoney?
Once the customer has successfully verified their details and claimed the credit, the order status in your Wallet History will change to Success, and you’ll receive a notification.
If the receiver doesn’t claim the funds, the order status will remain as Processing for 5 days. After this time, it will change to Failed, and the funds will be returned to you.
What happens if the receiver doesn’t complete the ID verification?
The receiver has 5 days to verify their identity. If they don’t complete this step, the transaction will be cancelled, and the funds will be reversed back to you.
