How to pay in Ding with my dingMoney
To use your dingMoney balance to buy mobile top-ups or gift cards for yourself or your loved ones follow the instructions below:
Sending a top-up with my dingMoney
- Go to the dingMoney Hub section.
Select Top-up. You’ll be asked whether you want to send the top-up to yourself or someone else.
- If you’re sending it to another person, enter their correct phone number.
Choose the amount you want to send.
- Make sure you have enough balance to cover the top-up amount.
- If your balance isn’t sufficient, you’ll see a message suggesting you use a different payment method or adjust the amount.
- Review the order summary to make sure all details are correct, then click Buy with dingMoney.
- Approve the transaction using the one-time code sent to your phone.
That’s it! You’ll see the status of your order on the confirmation screen.
Sending a gift card with my dingMoney
- Go to the dingMoney Hub section.
Select Spend. You’ll be asked whether you want to send the gift card to yourself or to someone else.
- If you’re sending it to another person, enter their correct phone number.
On the product selection screen, choose Gift cards.
- If this option isn’t available, it means we currently don’t offer gift cards for the receiver’s country.
- Select the gift card you want to send.
Choose the amount.
- Make sure you have enough balance to cover the gift card amount.
- If your balance isn’t sufficient, you’ll see a message suggesting you use a different payment method or adjust the amount.
- Review the order summary to make sure all details are correct, then click Buy with dingMoney.
- Approve the transaction using the one-time code sent to your phone.
That’s it! You’ll see the status of your order on the confirmation screen, and the gift card details will be sent to the receiver by SMS.
