When someone receives dingMoney for the first time, they’ll need to complete a verification process. This includes verifying their phone number to register an account with us and confirming their identity.

The receiver has 5 days to complete this process. During this time, if the verification hasn’t been completed successfully, you’ll see your order showing the status Processing.

Once the customer has successfully verified their details and claimed the credit, the order status will change to Success, and you’ll receive a notification.
