Instructions to send

1. Go to the DingMoney section to start your transfer.
2. Choose how much to send (between $10 and $500). You’ll also see the equivalent amount in local currency and the current exchange rate.
3. You’ll be asked to verify your identity. Depending on your usage, this may involve sharing some basic personal details or completing a full verification by providing a valid ID.
4. Enter the receiver’s details. Add the receiver’s phone number, first name, and surname.
5. Review your order. Double-check that all details are correct in the order summary.
6. Pay securely using your credit card.
7. That’s it! The receiver will get a WhatsApp message with a link to claim their funds. If it’s their first time receiving dingMoney, they’ll just need to complete a verification process to access the funds.

How do I verify my identity to send dingMoney?

To send dingMoney, you’ll need to verify your identity. The level of verification depends on how you use the service.

• For smaller or everyday transactions, you’ll be asked to:
• Confirm your phone number or email address.
• Provide basic personal details, such as your name, date of birth, and address.
• If you send more than 500 USD, you’ll also be asked to:
• Provide your Social Security Number.
• Share a picture of a valid form of ID

What happens if the receiver doesn’t complete the ID verification?

The receiver has 5 days to verify their identity. If they don’t complete this step, the transaction will be cancelled, and the funds will be reversed back to you.

How can I check if the receiver has claimed the dingMoney?

Once the customer has successfully verified their details and claimed the credit, the order status in your Purchase History will change to Success, and you’ll receive a notification.

If the receiver doesn’t claim the funds, the order status will remain as Processing for 5 days. After this time, it will change to Failed, and the funds will be returned to you.

How can I pay for a dingMoney transaction?

You can pay for dingMoney with a credit or debit card. However, If you’re buying something else, like a mobile top-up or a gift card, we offer more payment options for those purchases.
