How can I save contacts to my account?
You can save your favourite contacts so that you can make future top-ups to them without having to re-enter their phone number details. There are different ways to add a contact to your account:
- Through the Contacts section
- Using a a Top-up receipt
How to add a contact in the Contacts Section?
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on My Account at the top of your right-hand side.
3. Select Contacts.
4. Click on Add new contact:
4. Add the contact name and the phone number.
5. Click on verify number and find the correct operator.
6. Save your contact.
How to add a contact using a Top-up receipt?
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on My Account at the top of your right-hand side.
3. Select History and locate the transaction with the receiver number you want to save.
4. Click on the transaction details.
5. Click on Save Contact.
6. Add a Name and click on Save to have the phone number and the operator saved with the correct contact name.
