The Ding profile allows receivers to request top-ups to friends and family. They'll verify their number and share the profile when they need a top-up. 

Have you received a request and you don't know how to proceed? Check out the steps below:

1. Click on the link your friend has sent you.

2. You'll see your friend's details (phone number, operator, and name if it has been included)

3. Click on Send Top-up to select the amount you wish to add on the phone and pay to complete the top-up.

That's it! Your friend will receive your top-up and you will receive a confirmation email if you created your account with an email address. Additionally, you can review your order status anytime by checking the Purchase History in your account.
