Everyone can now request a top-up to friends and family creating a Ding profile.

 

How does it work?

1. Go to Request top-up.

2. In the Request top-up page,  add your name and phone number and click on Get started.

3. We'll send you a code by SMS. Enter it to verify your phone number.

4. Then select the operator name. If the operator is correct, you will need to click Confirm network.

Please note that If the system selected operator is incorrect, you can change the operator by clicking Change network option. 

5. Your profile is now completed and it can be shared by copying the link or clicking on Copy your link.

6. After the profile is created we'll send an SMS to your number with a copy of your profile link, so you have the link on your phone the next time you need to request a top-up to someone.
