My dingMoney order failed
There can be several reasons why your DingMoney transaction didn’t go through. The most common one is that your bank or payment provider declined the payment.
Why have I been charged?
Don’t worry, you haven’t actually been charged. What you’re seeing is a temporary authorization hold from your bank. This means the funds were reserved for your order, but the payment didn’t complete.
When a transaction fails, your bank will automatically remove the hold. Depending on your bank, this can take 2–7 business days. Once the hold is lifted, the amount will be fully available in your account again.
