dingMoney is a safe and easy way to send money to loved ones. When you send dingMoney, it goes into your receiver’s secure digital wallet in US dollar–backed currency (USDB). From there, they can choose to keep it, use it to buy mobile top-ups, gift cards or to transfer it to other Ding customers.

Who provides dingMoney?

dingMoney is powered by licensed and regulated money services partners. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, while the receiver’s USDB balance is safely held and managed by Bridge. Ding provides the service experience, while all regulated financial services within dingMoney are handled by these licensed partners.

Where is dingMoney available?

dingMoney can be sent by any Ding customer in the USA and received by anyone with a mobile phone number from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and El Salvador.

Are there any age restrictions for using dingMoney?  

Yes, the receiver of dingMoney must be at least 18 years of age.

How will the receiver get the dingMoney?

Very easy! If it’s their first time receiving dingMoney, they just need to click the link they receive via WhatsApp or SMS to claim the funds. Then, they’ll be asked to verify their phone number to register in Ding and verify their identity. Once this process is completed, they’ll have access to their dingMoney.

If they’ve already received dingMoney before, the money will be added to their Wallet automatically.
