What can I do if my verification has failed?

If your verification attempt hasn't been successful, don't worry, you can try again. In your account, you'll find an option to restart the verification process. Just click on Verify now to begin.

  • Use an original document (not a photocopy or screenshot).
  • Make sure the ID has not expired.
  • Take the photo in natural or white light to avoid shadows or glare.

I can't complete my transaction, but I’ve already verified my identity

If after trying to complete a transaction, you receive a message stating that for security reasons, we are unable to process your transaction, we recommend trying your order again using the same payment method you previously used in your account.
