Changing the expiration date

If you want to change the expiration date of a saved card, you can do it through your Ding Account. Go to "My Account" and select "Profile settings".  In the Payment Methods section, you’ll find your card details. To change the expiration date, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Edit.
2. Update the date.
3. Press Save.

 

 

 

Changing other card details

If you need to update any other details associated with your payment method, you'll have to delete it and add it again with the correct information.

For this, follow the instructions below (Please note that to save your new payment method, you will need to send a recharge):

1. Log in to your Ding account.

2. Proceed to send a top-up as you normally would (select the country, phone number, and amount).

3. After selecting the amount and clicking on the "Checkout Securely" button on the Order Summary page, you will be redirected to the Payment Page where your saved Payment Methods are located at the bottom of the page, as shown below:: 

 

4. Click on "Change" on the right-hand side of the saved payment method you want to delete. 

 

5. Click the "Remove" and confirm the deletion by clicking on the "Remove" button again, as it is shown below: 

 

6. Then, select your new payment method type from the list provided. 

7. Fill out the form with your new card details and ensure you tick the "Securely store card for next time" box at the bottom of the form. 

 

That's it! You will send your recharge while saving your new card or PayPal account to pay your future top-ups with us.
