How to manage marketing notifications?
You can review if you have activated the marketing communications by following these steps:
- Log in to your Ding Account.
- Go to Profile settings.
- Scroll down to Contact preferences.
- Click to choose which types of notifications you wish to receive. These will depend on the personal details you have added to your account. For example, if you wish to receive emails you must add an email address to your Profile and if you wish to receive SMS you must add your phone number.
Important notes:
- You'll be asked if you want to receive marketing notifications when you create your account.
- Some notifications cannot be turned off such as purchase receipts, one-time passwords for phone login and password reset emails.
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in Ding marketing emails will remove you from our email mailing list. This is a global setting that overrides any notification preference you may set in your Ding account. If you want to start receiving notifications in the future you can enable them again in your account settings.
- Replying “STOP” to a marketing text message will remove you from our SMS notification list. This is a global setting that overrides any notification preference you may set in your Ding Account. If you want to start receiving notifications in the future you can enable them again in your account settings.
