Transfer credit between Nauta accounts

Etecsa provides the option to transfer credit between Nauta accounts. It is a free service and Nauta customers should log in to the Nauta Portal and click on the option "Transfer Balance".

The Nauta customer will select the Nauta account they want to transfer credit to, the amount, their password and a verification code as a security measure. 


Please note:

  • To transfer credit between Nauta accounts, none of the 2 users involved in the transaction (sender and receiver) can be connected to the navigation service at that moment. The transfer will be only effective if you enter the User Portal from the authentication window.
  • The transfer of balance from one account to another is not considered a recharge operation and, therefore, does not extend the life cycle of the account that receives the transfer.
