What to Do if the Bonus or Balance Hasn't Been Applied?
If the recipient in Cuba confirms that the credit or bonus has not been received, please contact our Customer Service team. We will reach out to Cubacel directly to investigate the issue.
Possible Reasons for a Missing Bonus
If the bonus was part of our "Cubacel reserves your recharge" promotion, it will not appear immediately. Instead, it will be credited on the scheduled date specified in the promotion.
