Enter the lucky draw
Each time you receive a top-up, you’ll automatically get a ticket into our Lucky Draw competition.
The more top-ups you receive, the more tickets you earn, and the higher your chances of winning!

 

View your received orders
In the History section of your account, you'll find all the orders you’ve received. Additionally, if someone sent you a gift card or a PIN top-up, you’ll also be able to view the transaction details and the instructions on how to redeem the gift card or PIN.

 

 

 

Request another top-up

Need another top-up? It’s very easy to ask. Simply go to the Request Top-up section in your account or check the orders received in your Recent activity or History.

Select the order you want to receive again and share it with the sender, so they’ll know you need another top-up.
