What is a pin top-up?

Some operators deliver the credit through a PIN code. To use the credit, the receiver must redeem the PIN number manually following the instructions provided. Only after redeeming the pin, the credit will be applied to the phone.

During the top-up purchase, you can identify if the operator delivers a pin in two ways: in the order summary before the payment is made, or during the operator selection step if you need to select the operator manually.

Where can I find the pin and the instructions?

If you are the sender, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with the order details, the PIN and instructions on how to redeem it. You can also review all this information in the History section of your account.

Additionally, the receiver will receive an SMS with the PIN and the steps explaining how to use it.
