What is a pin top-up?

Some operators deliver the credit through a PIN code. To use the credit, the receiver must redeem the PIN number manually following the instructions provided. Only after redeeming the pin, the credit will be applied to the phone.

During the top-up purchase, you can identify if the operator delivers a pin in two ways: in the order summary before the payment is made, or during the operator selection step if you need to select the operator manually.

Where can I find the pin and the instructions?

You can find the instructions and PIN in the confirmation email if your account is created with an email address, in the History section of your account, or, if you are the receiver, you will receive an SMS containing the PIN and steps on how to use it.
