To redeem a pin top-up from a Saudi Arabian operator, you'll need to add the Iqama number during the redemption process. 

An Iqama number is the number provided to an expat upon arrival in Saudi Arabia. If you have not yet received your Iqama number, or if you are a tourist in the country, you can enter your Border Entry Number, which is available in your passport.
