I have purchased the wrong voucher

When it comes to mistakes in purchasing vouchers, our options are limited. As soon as a transaction is completed, the voucher is created by the selected company and we cannot retrieve the amount.

 

Can I cancel or change a voucher? 

We're sorry, but if the purchase has been completed successfully and the voucher has been generated, we cannot make any changes or refund the money. However, you can contact our Customer Care team to review your query.
