The instructions and the steps to follow will depend on the type of voucher you have purchased. Some vouchers are used online through the retailer’s website, while others must be redeemed by visiting a physical store.

Where can I find the instructions?

After buying a voucher using Ding, you will receive instructions on how to redeem it, via email if you created your account using an email address. Additionally, you can review the status and instructions of your transaction in your Purchase History. These instructions will also be visible on the confirmation screen:

I'm sending the voucher to someone else

If you have added a recipient's phone number during the voucher purchase, they will receive an SMS with a link containing all the details on how to use the voucher.

If you didn’t add a phone number but still want to send the voucher to someone else, you’ll need to share the code and instructions with them. You can use the Share button to send the PIN directly to the recipient. However, you’ll need to manually provide the redemption instructions so they know how to use the PIN.
