Currently, there is no option to download your purchase history directly from the Ding website. However, you can do it using our mobile app or by contacting our customer support team.

 

Downloading the purchase history using the App

1. Download the Ding App. The Ding app is available for both Android and iOS devices. Use the buttons below to get the Ding app on your phone or mobile device!

 

2. Once you have installed the Ding app on your mobile device, log in to your Ding account within the app.

3. Click on the History section from the bottom menu.

 

4.  Click on the Export option, located at the top right corner.

 

5. Select the month or the date range to see and download the purchase history of that period. 

 

Requesting the purchase history via Customer Care
