The order ID is your order’s confirmation number, and it can be found within the transaction receipt.

If you need to contact our customer care team about an issue with an order, please share with us the order id so we can identify your account.

 

Where can I find the order id?

To locate the order id of your transaction follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Ding account

2. Click on the My Account button at the top of the right-hand side of the screen.

 

3. Go to History.

 

3. Locate the transaction and click on Details.

 

4. Now you'll see the top-up receipt with all the transaction details, and the order id can be located at the top.
