Can I get a refund?

My transaction has failed 

If your order has a failed status, we won't charge you for your purchase. You might see an authorization hold on your bank statement, but this will not be completed and the money will remain in your account. Typically, it takes 2-7 business days for this reversal to be completed, but this will depend on your bank.


My transaction is successful

If your transaction has a successful status we won't be able to cancel it and refund it. Once an order is processed successfully, the operator applies the credit, and we don't have access to retrieve it. If you are experiencing problems with your order, please contact our Customer Care team to review your case.
