What is Nauta Plus?

Nauta Plus is an unlimited internet service in Cuba. The receiver can enjoy being connected 24/7 for the duration of the purchased plan (either 15 or 30 days).

 

 

Where can it be used?

It can be used from any Internet access point enabled by ETECSA: the Central Computing Palace, the Cuban Post Office, WIFI_ETECSA areas, navigation rooms and from the Nauta Hogar service.

 

How to buy a Nauta Plus recharge?

1. Log in to your Ding account.

2. Go to Send top-up.

3. Choose the country Cuba and add the receiver's prepaid number. When adding the country, the international country code will be preselected so you just need to enter their local number.

4. Choose as operator Nauta Plus.

5. Select your preferred internet plan (15 or 30 days).

6. You'll be redirected to the Summary where you can review the top-up details.

7. Click on Checkout securely to proceed to the payment. Add the payment method you would like to use and click on Pay now.

That's it. An SMS will be sent to the Cubacel mobile number indicated in the purchase, informing them that they have received a Nauta Plus Internet account and they need to activate it.

 

How to Activate a Nauta Plus account?

To be able to use the internet plan received, the person in Cuba must activate the Nauta Plus account by following these steps: 

1. Access the User Portal https://www.nauta.cu
2. Login or Register with your number where you received the Nauta Plus top-up.
If you have not done so before. If you are already registered in Online Services (www.tienda.etecsa.cu) you can use the same credentials (username and password) to log in.

Next steps-
1. After login in the Menu where the services are displayed, select Nauta Plus, and check the Operations option.
2. Select Activate account.
3. Set a password, confirm it, and click OK.

 

Additional Information

- The receiver in Cuba has 60 days after the purchase to activate the account, after that time the account is automatically deleted.

- Nauta Plus doesn't offer any refunds. 

- Only Cubacel prepaid numbers can receive a Nauta plus account. Postpaid numbers can't be used. 

- The Nauta Plus account is not rechargeable, it has a validity of 15 or 30 days to navigate online. When the account expires, the account is deleted. If you want to enjoy Unlimited Internet again, you must purchase another Nauta Plus account.
