What do I do if my promotional bonus has not been applied?
The operator promotions advertised by Ding are run and applied by the operator. If you have sent a top-up during an operator promotion but you haven't received the bonus, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The promotional bonus is not applied on the main phone balance and needs to be checked using a different code.
- The bonus must be claimed by following specific instructions. Some operators don't apply the bonus automatically to the phone balance; it must be claimed by the receiver.
- Some operators offer the option to advance credit when their customer doesn't have sufficient funds. After receiving a top-up, they may deduct this credit from the balance to clear the owed amount. This might cause part of the recharged credit to be used to pay the loan, leaving an insufficient amount in the balance to claim the bonus.
