Why was a top-up removed from my order?

If a top-up has been removed from your order, please try selecting a lower top-up amount as you may have reached your transaction limit.

All accounts have transaction limits for security reasons. If a transaction limit has been reached, it should automatically be reset within 24 - 48 hours.
