How can I check my Nauta account balance?

Nauta customers in Cuba can check their account by calling 118, or visiting https://www.portal.nauta.cu and entering their username, password, and displayed verification code.

Please note: The username must include the domain @nauta.com.cu or nauta.co.cu

When logged in, customers will be able to:

  • See the available account balance
  • Transfer balance to other accounts
  • Change password
  • Create an email account
