How can I check my Nauta account balance?

If you're in Cuba, you can easily check your Nauta account balance by following one of these methods:

 

  • Telephone: Dialing 118.
  • Nauta Portal:

• Visit https://www.portal.nauta.cu
• Enter your username (including @nauta.com.cu or nauta.co.cu), password, and the displayed verification code.

Once you're logged in, you'll have the following options:

• View your available account balance.
• Transfer balance to other accounts.
• Change your password.
• Create an email account.

 

Note that if you're outside of Cuba, unfortunately, you won't be able to access the Nauta Portal. For more information, visit Etecsa.
