Why is my payment still processing?

Transactions are generally sent within seconds, however, sometimes it can take a few minutes for them to be processed.

Once your recharge has been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation by email if you have created your account with an email address. Otherwise, you can always review your order status by checking the Purchase history on your account.
