Why is my payment still processing?

Transactions are typically sent within seconds, but in some cases, it may take a few minutes to complete the process.

Once your recharge has been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation by email if you have created your account with an email address. Otherwise, you can always review your order status by checking the Purchase history on your account.
