We keep a record of your transactions using the email address you registered with. Your email address can't be changed on your Ding account, but you can create a new account using a different email address.

If you have allowed someone to use your account and no longer want them to have access, you can reset your password in Settings.

To close an account please email customercare@ding.com from the email address of the account you wish to deactivate.
