What can I do if I top-up the wrong number?

As soon as the transaction is completed, the credit is applied by the operator and we can't access the credit to retrieve it. Therefore we are unable to reverse top-ups sent to a wrong number

We try to prevent this from happening by giving customers the chance to double check the phone number in the Order Summary before a payment is made.
